Exchange & Return Policy

Please Note: All MinimIsh products are ‘made to order’ to ensure that each piece is crafted with care and attention, reducing waste and supporting a sustainable fashion model.

Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time size exchange on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. If the size doesn't fit, you can exchange the product for a different size, provided the item meets the conditions below:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges are not available for items that are on SALE.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges. MinimIsh will cover the shipping cost for sending the new size to you.

Return Policy

At MinimIsh, we take great care in quality control, but in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item by emailing info@loveminimish.in with a clear photo and description of the damage.
  • Our team will assess the situation, and upon verification of the defect, we will offer you one of the following solutions:
  1. Replacement of the same product (subject to availability).
  2. Store credit for the full value of your purchase, which can be used on future orders.
  3. Full refund to your original method of payment.

Please note: Products returned for damage must be in their original packaging with all tags intact. We cannot process returns for products that have been worn, altered, or washed unless the damage is identified and verified as a manufacturing issue.

No Returns on non-damaged items: As all products are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind or dislike of the product once received.

MinimIsh products are thoughtfully designed and made-to-order with a focus on reducing waste and contributing to a more sustainable fashion industry. We encourage all customers to refer to our detailed size charts and product descriptions before placing an order. Making informed purchasing decisions helps us collectively reduce the environmental footprint associated with returns.

MinimIsh Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations:

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, orders enter the production phase and cannot be canceled. If you wish to request a cancellation after this window, please contact us at info@loveminimish.in, and we will review your request. Cancellations after 24 hours will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
  • For accepted cancellations:
  1. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  2. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the time the cancellation is confirmed.

Refund Process for Cancellations or Returns:

All refunds, whether for cancellations or returns due to product damage, will be processed to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking).

Once a refund is initiated, you can expect the credit to reflect in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your payment provider's processing time.

For returns that involve store credit, the amount will be added to your MinimIsh account within 48 hours of return authorization.

How to Start an Exchange or Return:
To initiate an exchange or return, please contact our customer care team at info@loveminimish.in. Be sure to include your order number, product details, and any relevant photos if you're reporting damage.

Customer Support Hours:
Our team is available from Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM IST, and we aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours.

Shipping for Returns/Exchanges

  • For exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and we will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.
  • In cases of damaged products, MinimIsh will cover all shipping costs, including the return and reshipping of the replacement item.

International Orders:
For orders shipped outside of India, return shipping for exchanges or returns must be covered by the customer, unless the product was damaged upon delivery.
